Fermentation Begins!

The good news is that my army of Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis cells (that's yeast, in case you didn't know!) are now reproducing in the sugary gloop of my lager wort.
When I checked it last, there was a thick rocky head yeast indicating that fermentation is beginning as expected.
